We are currently building the next generation of our platforms – intelligent, practical and future-proof. To strengthen our team, we are looking for two part-time employees in Switzerland who want to work with us at the intersection of technology, communication and artificial intelligence.

Marketing & Communications (MarCom) – Part-time
You bring at least 5 years of experience in B2C and B2B communication – ideally in dynamic industries with high innovation speed. Whether SME or large enterprise: You understand how to reach target audiences precisely, prepare content effectively and build brands systematically.
Your responsibilities:
Development and implementation of communication strategies
Content creation for web, social media and email
Support with events, PR and partner marketing
AI Engineer – Part-time
You have already gained initial practical experience (≥ 1 year) in developing solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) – ideally in critical application areas such as law, finance or healthcare. You are familiar with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic Systems and program confidently in Python.
Must-haves:
MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or comparable degree
Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepseek etc.
Independent working style and desire to take on responsibility
