Jurilo may use multiple technical components, models, databases and processing steps in generating an answer.
Where third-party technology providers are involved, they are selected and managed in accordance with applicable contractual, security and data-protection requirements.
Use of Customer Content for Model Training
Jurilo does not use confidential customer documents, legal questions or other customer content to train publicly available general-purpose AI models.Where external AI or infrastructure providers are used to process customer content, Jurilo seeks to use service configurations and contractual arrangements appropriate for professional and business use.
Jurilo may process technical and usage information to operate, secure, evaluate and improve the Service, subject to applicable law and contractual commitments.
Hosting and Processing Locations
Jurilo is designed for professional use in Switzerland and Europe.Jurilo uses infrastructure and service providers located primarily in Switzerland and Western Europe.
Certain specialised technology providers may process limited information from other jurisdictions where necessary to provide the Service.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data-protection law. These may include adequacy decisions, recognised contractual safeguards or other legally permitted mechanisms.
