When companies use AI for legal questions, trust is not optional.
Legal questions often involve sensitive business information, employment matters, internal policies, contracts, risks, and decisions that can have real consequences. That is why Jurilo was built with a clear principle from the beginning:
Your data must remain your data.
Your Data Is Hosted in Europe and Switzerland
Jurilo hosts data in Western Europe and Switzerland. For Swiss and European companies, this matters.
It means that data handling, infrastructure, and compliance are aligned with the expectations of organizations that operate in highly regulated environments.
We know that many customers need clarity before they introduce any AI tool into their legal, HR, compliance, or business processes. That is why we provide access to our Trust Center Platform SafeBase, where customers can review our compliance documentation.
Around 20 compliance documents are available there. In most cases, this provides the transparency needed for internal IT, legal, procurement, and compliance reviews.
For special enterprise IT requirements, we are happy to review them individually.
We Do Not Use Customer Data to Train Jurilo
One of the most important questions customers ask is simple:
Do you use our data to train your AI?
The answer is clear:
No. Jurilo does not use user data to train Jurilo.
Customer questions, uploaded documents, internal policies, or company-specific information are not used to train the system.
This is essential for trust. Companies must be able to ask legal questions without worrying that sensitive internal information becomes part of a general training process.
Customers Remain in Control
Jurilo customers can delete their own data. In addition, customers can request deletion from us at any time.
In certain cases, we retain limited information for audit purposes, such as customer email address, address, and the period during which the customer relationship existed. This is standard for business and compliance reasons.
The important point is that customers stay in control of their data.
Built for Typical Business Legal Use Cases
Jurilo supports many common legal use cases inside companies.
These include questions around employment law, HR processes, internal policies, contracts, company obligations, and other recurring legal topics that businesses face in daily operations.
Some areas, such as IP and patent questions, are not yet fully covered. These are planned for 2026.
Our goal is not to replace legal experts. Our goal is to make reliable legal knowledge more accessible, faster, and easier to use inside companies.
Reference Customers and Direct Exchange
Trust also comes from experience.
On our website, we already show several reference customers. These customers, and others, are available for direct reference discussions.
For companies evaluating Jurilo, this is often one of the most useful steps: speaking directly with organizations that already use the platform.
Transparency Through Webinars and Expert Partners
We also run regular webinars where our employment law partner Streiff von Kaenel demonstrates Jurilo and answers questions directly, including questions about accuracy, practical use, and how Jurilo works in real business situations.
This gives potential customers the opportunity to see the product in action and ask detailed questions before making a decision.
Trust Comes Before Adoption
AI in legal work will only be adopted if companies can trust the system.
That trust depends on several things:
Data must be hosted responsibly.
Customer data must not be used for training.
Users must remain in control.
Compliance information must be transparent.
Reference customers must be available.
And the system must be explainable enough for companies to evaluate it seriously.
This is the foundation on which Jurilo is built.
